Being Mindful

Location: Clapham and Balham.

Being Mindful offer an 8-week programme made up of weekly 2-hour sessions. Participants will develop an insight into their emotions, thoughts, and sensations, becoming less caught up in habitual response patterns. Being Mindful have genuine intentions to have their participants get the most from the course through home practice. Each week, participants are given homework assignments to practice the exercises taught in the classes.
