The Gate

Location: Hammersmith and Islington

The Gate take their menu seriously ensuring it is easy to navigate and caters to different types of eaters and tastes. Their menu lists which dishes are suitable for vegetarians, vegans and pescetarians but it also shows which dishes contain gluten and crustaceans! Very organised!
Fun fact: The Gate Islington is the first restaurant in the UK to be awarded Autism Friendly Status by the National Autistic Society.

Mildreds

Location: Soho, Camden, Covent Garden, Daslton & King's Cross

Mildreds is one of the more well-known vegetarian restaurants in London–with multiple locations around the city. Unfortunately, you cannot book, and it does get very busy due to its popularity and the restaurants' locations. One of our favourite dishes at Mildreds has to be the vegan Brownie with Salted Caramel Sauce!
