The Alchemist

Perfect for: a unique, swanky experience

If you’re looking for a quirky bar experience, filled with hip flasks and potion like cocktails, then this is the place for you. Our favourites are the smokey old fashioned cocktail for those with a sweet tooth (it has maple syrup!) whilst the ‘Mad Hatter's tea party cocktail’ was not one of our favourites in terms of taste but the chemical reaction is certainly an Instagram worthy experience.

Sushi Samba

Perfect for: an amazing view from the 38th floor

Sushi Samba’s reputation as a prime location for locals and tourists is definitely well deserved. This trendy bar on the 38th floor of the Heron tower offers amazing views of London in a beautiful setting. Sushi Samba also has a restaurant serving a mixture of Brazilian, Peruvian and Japanese food, however, due to its popularity we recommend reserving a table far in advance! This is definitely one of our favourites with its unobstructed views of London; it’s a beautiful setting and is extremely popular with tourists and locals alike. Our favourite cocktails here have to be the ‘Lychee Cooler’ and the ‘NIna Fresa’–fruity and fabulous! They recently opened a branch in Covent Garden too!
